01Final sale policy

All items are final sale. Because every piece is secondhand and one-of-a-kind, I don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or sizing. Please read the full description and check the measurements before you buy.

This is a personal closet, not a store — so the same way it works on Depop or Poshmark between individuals, sales are final and returns aren't granted for buyer's remorse or fit. To help you buy with confidence, every listing includes detailed measurements, condition notes, and multiple photos — including close-ups of any flaws.

If an item turns out to be damaged or not what the listing said, that's different — see "If something's wrong" below.

02Shipping

I ship from Gilbert, Arizona within 2–3 business days via USPS with tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

03Condition & accuracy

Secondhand means lived-in. I grade honestly and photograph flaws on purpose — a faint mark or a tiny mend is disclosed in both the description and a dedicated photo. Here's what the condition labels mean:

Colors can shift slightly between screens. I shoot in natural light and never filter the product itself.

04Payment & checkout

Checkout is handled securely through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. I never see or store your card details. Each item links to its own secure checkout — when it's paid for, it's yours, and the listing closes.

Buy through the site only. For your protection, only purchases completed through the checkout button are covered. I'll never ask you to pay by Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, gift card, or bank transfer — if someone claiming to be me does, it's a scam.

05If something's wrong

Final sale covers change of mind — it doesn't mean I disappear if I got something wrong. If your item arrives damaged, never arrives, or is significantly not as described, message me within 5 days of delivery with photos and I'll make it right: a full refund or a fair resolution.

"Not as described" means a real difference from the listing — wrong item, undisclosed damage, wrong size on the tag. It doesn't cover fit, minor wear that was disclosed, or a color reading slightly different on your screen.

06Frequent questions

Are items really one-of-a-kind?+

Yes. Everything is a single secondhand piece — once it sells, it's gone. There's no "out of stock then restocked." If you love it, don't sleep on it.

Can I return something if it doesn't fit?+

No — all sales are final, including for fit and sizing. That's why every listing has flat-lay measurements. Lay a similar garment you own flat, measure it, and compare before buying. If the measurements aren't clear on a listing, message me and I'll measure it again for you.

How do you handle damaged or not-as-described items?+

Message me within 5 days of delivery with photos. If the item arrived damaged, never showed up, or differs materially from the listing, you'll get a full refund or another fair fix. See "If something's wrong."

Do you ship outside Arizona / the US?+

I ship anywhere in the US. For international, message me before buying and I'll quote shipping — not all items qualify.

Can you hold an item for me?+

Because pieces are one-of-one and move fast, I generally don't hold. The surest way to claim something is to check out.

Can I see more photos or measurements?+

Always. Message me the item name and I'll send extra photos, exact measurements, or detail shots before you commit.

Is everything authentic?+

I only list what I can stand behind. Branded items are described by brand as labeled; if I'm unsure, I say "unbranded" or "unverified" rather than guess. I never knowingly sell counterfeits.
